Automatic beverages batching and processing system

Beverages batching and processing system is used to produce various still and carbonated beverages. It can be made as full automatic and semi-automatic by the budget. Generally it consists of liquefier tank/suger tank, raw batching/mixing tanks, filtration system,carbonation unit(for carbonated drinks),pasteurizer, finished tanks, Glycol chilling system, CIP cleaning system, Piping and valves, Full automatic/semi-auto control system, Beverage filling line,etc. Each system is customized uniquely by the requirement of beverage production receipt and process. All the tanks, valves and pipes which touch with liquid are made of food grade stainless steel 304 or 316L. CIP system can be designed as single route or multiple routes by the actual situation.

Advantages

1.It is a full automatic batching system. It can store 20 kinds of beverage recipe. You can choose and download the Recipe from the touch screen which you want to produce and all the set for this beverage will be ready

2.A full automatic CIP system works together with the batching system. Each tank and each section of pipes can be cleaned well automatically. Caustic solution and acid solution is dosed automatically by the coencentration setting in PLC. You can choose which sections you want to clean/wash. CIP working programming and pipes are completely designed by the cleaning requirement of the batching system.

3. There is a full automatic plate type flash pasteurizer to sterilize the beverages. It has separated CIP system to clean the pasteurizer automatically.

4.Whole system,such as tanks, pumps, pipings, are all made of food grade sanitary SS304. All the motors in pumps,agitators are used of ABB motor. Control system meet the American UL certificate. Electric parts and sensors are used as Siemens, Schneider, IFM,E+H,etc. The steam system is used of SPIRAX SARCO system.
