The NFE engineers successfully completed the installation of a 2000L fully automatic beer brewing system in Belgium last week and assisted the client in brewing multiple batches. All of the client’s fermentation tanks are now filled and fermentation is already underway. Locals can soon enjoy a wide selection of delicious and expertly brewed beers from this brewery!

This fully automated brewing system features pneumatic valves, IFM flow meters/pressure sensors/level sensors, and a Siemens PLC system. It enables one-click automation for each brewing step, including mashing, lautering, boiling, and whirlpooling. The fermentation tanks are equipped with remote control capabilities and historical data logging, allowing the client to monitor and control the tank temperatures remotely and review past data. This significantly saves the brewmaster’s time and effort, boosting the overall efficiency of the brewery.
