Today, we have arranged the shipment of the 2000L Automatic Brewing System purchased by our Belgian customer. This system is equipped with pneumatic butterfly valves, enabling full automation of the mashing process, including milling, mashing, lautering, recirculation, sparging, boiling, and whirlpooling. With just a click of the corresponding command button, brewers can automatically control the opening and closing of valves and pumps, significantly improving efficiency and reducing manual labor.

Additionally, the system integrates an intelligent fermentation control system that supports remote operation via mobile phones and computers. This allows real-time monitoring and adjustment of the temperature in fermentation and bright beer tanks. The system also features historical data curves, enabling brewers to track temperature trends for each fermentation tank, optimize brewing processes, and ensure consistent beer quality.

The brewing system is equipped with an advanced PLC control system, offering an intuitive user interface that supports real-time monitoring and parameter adjustments, ensuring precise and stable brewing operations. The entire system is made of high-quality, food-grade stainless steel, ensuring durability, hygiene, and compliance with international brewing standards.

This 2000L Automatic Brewing System also comes with a high-efficiency heat exchanger, which allows rapid wort cooling, improving production efficiency while reducing energy consumption. The system’s design balances automation and ease of operation, making the brewing process more efficient and streamlined.

We have arranged professional packaging and logistics to ensure the equipment is safely delivered to our Belgian customer.
