Wine fermentation tank is vessel specifically designed for the fermentation of grape juice (must) into wine. Unlike beer fermenters, wine tanks must accommodate longer fermentation periods, frequent manual intervention (such as punch-downs or pump-overs), and varying oxygen exposure requirements depending on the wine style.
