Full Automatic 1500L CIP System (Cleaning In Place System)
CIP system is the necessary equipment for all the breweries, beverage factories, dairy factories,etc to wash the equipment and pipes which touch with the products. It uses caustic,Acid, Hot water/sterilizer, clear water to wash the parts step by step within the fixed washing process. From the control way, there are Full automatic version and Semi-automatic Version. From the washing line, there are single line, double lines, multiple lines. NFE can supply CIP from 50L CIP cart to 10000L full automatic CIP system. Each CIP system working programming and piping will be customized by the actual cleaning requirement.

. Each CIP cleaning system from NFE will be customized design uniquely by the customers’ actual requirement. Programming in PLC is customized, piping is customized. All the components,such as sensors, pumps, steam system, heat exchanger,conductivity meters,etc, have options by the budget.
2.CIP solution tanks has the combined options by your actual requirement. You can choose the tanks from Caustic tank, Acid tank, hot water tank, sterilization tank, clear water tank, reclaim tank. Meanwhile, NFE can design the complete CIP solutions for you if you tell us the washing requirement.
3.NFE can make full automatic, semi-automatic, manual CIP system by your budget and requirement from 50L CIP cart to 10000L CIP system.
4.All the tanks and piping are made of high quality Stainless steel 304 and 316L. Caustic solution and acid solution tank are made of SS316L.
5. Plate heat exchanger is used in the heating insead of the steam jacket,which is much more efficient in the solution heating.
6.Conductivity meter is mounted in the return pipe. Caustic and acid solution automatic dosing system.
