This outstanding brewery is located in Georgia and has earned a strong local reputation for the quality of its craft beers. We are proud to have designed and manufactured a complete 5,000-liter beer brewing system for them, tailored to support both their current production needs and future growth.

The system includes:

• A 5,000-liter four-vessel brewhouse – Featuring separate mash tun, lauter tun, brew kettle, and whirlpool, this configuration ensures efficient and flexible mashing, lautering, boiling, and whirlpooling processes. It allows brewers to fine-tune each stage independently, resulting in superior extraction, clarity, and hop utilization.

• A 10,000-liter hot water tank – This generously sized tank provides ample and stable hot water supply for the entire brewing operation, from mashing-in to equipment rinsing. The large capacity minimizes wait times between batches and ensures consistent thermal performance throughout the brew day.

• 100-hectoliter (10,000L) and 20-hectoliter (2,000L) fermenters – By combining large-capacity tanks with smaller versatile units, the system allows the brewery to manage both high-volume core production and small-batch or specialty brews with ease. This flexibility is ideal for seasonal releases, experimental recipes, or limited-edition craft beers without sacrificing efficiency.

• A 500-liter CIP (Clean-in-Place) system – Designed for automated, chemical-based cleaning of tanks, pipes, and valves, this CIP system significantly reduces manual labor and cleaning downtime. It ensures thorough sanitation across all wetted surfaces, maintaining product consistency and extending equipment life while meeting strict food safety standards.
