To support their brewing journey, they have chosen a complete 600L brewing system from NFE, which includes a grain mill, a 600L two-vessel brewhouse (mash/lauter tun and kettle/whirlpool tun), a hot water tun, a wort grant, a plate heat exchanger (PHE), a steam boiler, fermenters, bright beer tanks, CIP cart, a glycol chiller, and a fully integrated control system.
