We are pleased to announce the successful installation and commissioning of a new NFE 1500 cans/hour beer canning line at a customer brewery in Sweden. This canning line is designed to deliver reliable, high-quality packaging performance for small-to-medium-scale breweries. Operating at a capacity of 1,500 cans per hour, the system provides an ideal balance between production efficiency and operational flexibility, making it well-suited for craft brewers seeking to scale up while maintaining product integrity.

The complete line consists of the following key components:

• Rotary infeed table – Ensures smooth and continuous can supply to the filling section, minimizing downtime and manual handling.

• Can rinser / filler / seamer – Integrated three-in-one station that rinses empty cans, fills them with precise volumetric dosing, and seals them with double-seam technology to ensure consistent fill levels and airtight closure.

• Water blower – Removes excess moisture from the can surfaces after seaming, preparing them for downstream labeling and printing processes.

• Labeling machine – Applies high-quality labels with accuracy and speed, enhancing brand presentation on store shelves.

• Ink jet printer – Prints clear and durable batch codes, production dates, and other traceability information directly onto the cans.

• Collection table – Provides a stable accumulation area for finished cans, facilitating easy manual or semi-automatic packing into trays or cartons.

The entire line is engineered with user-friendly operation and quick changeover in mind, allowing the brewer to switch between different can sizes or label designs with minimal effort. Built with food-grade stainless steel and hygienic design principles, the system complies with international safety and sanitation standards.
