Today, NFE successfully delivered and handed over a complete fully automatic beer keg filling line with a capacity of 240 kegs per hour to our customer in Azerbaijan. This marks another important milestone in NFE’s continued expansion in the international beverage equipment market and further demonstrates our capability to provide reliable, high-performance turnkey solutions for breweries worldwide.

The entire filling line is a fully integrated system that covers the complete keg handling process, from empty keg inspection to final palletizing. It includes an Automatic Empty Keg Leak Test & Pre-Washer, an Automatic Keg Washing Filling Machine, a CIP (Clean-in-Place) System, a Flash Pasteurizer, an Automatic Palletizing System, and other auxiliary equipment. Each unit is carefully designed and manufactured to work seamlessly together, ensuring smooth operation, high production efficiency, and consistent quality throughout the entire process.

The Automatic Empty Keg Leak Test & Pre-Washer performs leak detection and preliminary cleaning of empty kegs before they enter the main washing and filling stage, helping to identify damaged or leaking kegs at an early stage and improving overall line reliability. The Automatic Keg Washing Filling Machine then carries out thorough internal and external cleaning, followed by precise filling to ensure that every keg meets the required hygiene and quality standards.

The CIP System provides efficient and reliable cleaning of the filling line itself, helping the customer maintain strict sanitary conditions and reduce downtime between production batches. The Flash Pasteurizer ensures product safety and extends shelf life by rapidly heating and cooling the beer in a controlled manner, while preserving its flavor and quality. The Automatic Palletizing System further improves operational efficiency by automatically arranging and stacking filled kegs onto pallets, reducing manual labor and minimizing the risk of damage during handling.

This complete solution is designed with a strong focus on automation, reliability, and ease of maintenance. It is expected to significantly improve the customer’s production capacity, reduce operating costs, and ensure consistent product quality.
