The gas steam generator produces steam quickly and flexibly, reaching the rated steam pressure in a short time to meet immediate demands. It features high thermal efficiency, equipped with a high-temperature energy saver and a low-temperature condenser. The exhaust gas temperature can be as low as 60°C, with thermal efficiency exceeding 99%, achieving high efficiency and energy savings. The modular combination design allows 2–4 boilers to be easily integrated into a complete system, achieving a steam output of 1–2 tons per hour. It also remains exempt from boiler use certification, enhancing application flexibility.

The safety performance is excellent, featuring multiple protection functions such as electronic overpressure protection, mechanical safety valve overpressure protection, and water shortage protection. It adopts a once-through water tube structure with no drum design, scientifically arranged with upper and lower headers and tube bundles, ensuring stable and reliable boiler operation.
The unit comes standard with interlocking group control functionality, which automatically adjusts the combustion ratio and the number of operating units based on steam load demand. This achieves system-level energy optimization and extends equipment life.
