The 4-head keg washing machine includes 4 washing stations which can wash 4 kegs at the same time. This machine has been designed as a self-contained and reliable automatic keg processing machine. Although kegs are loaded and unloaded manually, all washing operations are fully automatic for consistent high quality results.

The 4-station configuration of keg washer allows for increased productivity in a brewery or any establishment that requires frequent keg cleaning. By cleaning four kegs simultaneously, it reduces downtime and improves the efficiency of the keg cleaning process.
Cleaning process of electric heating keg washer:
Lock down→ air purge/drain off → hot water 1 washing→ air purge/drain off → caustic washing → air purge/to caustic tank → hot water 2 washing → air purge/drain off →sanitizer sterilize → CO2 purge/to sanitizer tank→hot water 3 washing →CO2 purge/drain off→CO2 fill
Cleaning process of steam heating keg washer:
Lock down→ air purge/drain off → hot water 1 washing→ air purge/drain off → caustic washing → air purge/to caustic tank → hot water 2 washing → air purge/drain off →acid washing → air purge/to acid tank→hot water 3 washing →steam purge/drain off →steam sterilized → steam keep pressure sterilized→CO2 purge/drain off→CO2 fill
