500L Copper Still Distillery Equipment
NFE provide personalized distillation equipment to meet the needs of different customers.
This distiller is mainly used for the production of whiskey, brandy, rum, and vodka can also be made after repeated distillation for 2~3 times.
This still is composed of 1x copper and stainless steel still pot, 1x copper onion head, 1x gooseneck helmet, 1x Gin basket, 1x copper whiskey column, 1x copper dephlegmator, 1x copper condenser, 1x parrot outlet (spirit safe), and support frame, control panel, CIP pump and CIP pipes.

Distiller pot: Inner full copper pot, outer steam jacket with insulation layer, outer layer with fish scale polish, full glass manhole to see, top with agitator stirring.Column plates: full copper bubble plates, side with pass valve to operate, CIP ball insert to each plate to clean, back with cip pipe and valve to operate.
Bubble caps :It consists of bubble caps, down comers, bubble plate, red copper screw and bubble tee (with stainless steel 304 and red copper options)
Bottom collect tanks: water tank to collect condenser water to cycle used with CIP clean, alcohol tanks direct to collect from parrot, bottom connect one water pump.
Control panel: The material of control panel is stainless steel 304.
Parrot spout with high sanitary glass cover, top is copper lid, direct to open, bottom with valve.
