This impressive brewery is nestled in the historic and vibrant city of Tbilisi, Georgia—a region with a proud and growing craft beer culture. We were honored to provide them with a complete turnkey 2000-liter beer brewing system, designed and engineered for both efficiency and flexibility.

The system includes a comprehensive water treatment unit, a malt milling system for optimal grain processing, a full brewhouse with mash/lauter tun and brew kettle, a natural gas heated steam generator, a battery of fermentation and bright beer tanks, a keg washing/filling monobloc for streamlined packaging, a CIP system for sanitary cleaning and all necessary interconnecting pipes, valves, and pumps.

Beyond equipment supply, our commitment to partnership was demonstrated on the ground. Our team of skilled engineers traveled to Tbilisi to manage the full on-site installation, ensuring every component was perfectly integrated and commissioned. Following installation, we conducted an extensive training program for their brewmasters and production staff. This training covered not only the daily operation of the equipment, but also essential maintenance procedures, troubleshooting best practices, and consistent cleaning protocols. To ensure a seamless start, our engineers also provided hands-on assistance during the brewing of multiple test batches, helping their team dial in recipes and fine-tune process parameters.
